Resend Situations
We may arrange a resend in the following situations:
- If the product is damaged during normal transportation.
- If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
- If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier.
In these cases, please contact our customer service team and provide clear photos, videos, or relevant tracking information. After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution.
How to Request a Resend
To request a resend, please contact us by email and provide the following information:

Tracking and Dispatch Notice
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email notification. A tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email, and you can also log in to your account to check the status of your order.
Delivery When You’re Not Home
After you receive the tracking information, the courier’s tracking system may allow you to choose the option to “leave in a secure place,” and you may indicate where you want the parcel to be left.
If No Secure Place Is Indicated
If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier will decide whether there is a secure location to leave the parcel to avoid weather damage or theft. If there is no suitable secure place, the parcel may be taken to the nearest Australia Post office. You can check the parcel’s status or location at any time using the tracking number.
Resend Not Supported
A resend is generally not supported in the following situations:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect the parcel from the post office or collection point
- Refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason
- Parcels marked as successfully delivered according to tracking information
- Delays caused by public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
Resend Shipping Costs
If the resend is approved due to damage, a wrong item, or a parcel confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange the resend after verification.
If the resend is required due to customer-related reasons, additional shipping fees may apply. Our standard shipping cost is $30.
